Activity programs are conducted in the morning, afternoon and occasionally in the evenings. Programs also take place on the weekends. Regular suggestions from the residents assist the staff in planning programs that pertain to their interests and preferences. We have an active Residents’ Council and a Dining Room Committee. Various churches in our area provide workshop services that take place in our Chapel. There are many social and intellectual programs, some of which include bingo, crafts, coffee club and special events. The programs are held in various locations such as the Resident Home areas on each unit, outdoor balconies and the Multi-Purpose room. Activity calendars are posted in each room and are also available at the front reception. Families are welcome to attend programs with the residents.
